Vegetable Trio w/ Parmesan Breadcrumbs Baby Food Recipe
 
Vegetable Baby Food Recipes for (8 months+) Babies
 
Recipe Ingredients :
4 oz (1/2 cup) broccoli florets
4 oz (1/2 cup) cauliflower florets
3 oz (1/3 cup) carrots
2 oz (1 cup) fresh breadcrumbs
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp grated parmesan
 
Recipe Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F, 180 deg C.
2. Steam the vegetables until tender.
3. In a frying pan/skillet, heat the oil and 1 tsp butter, then gently saute the breadcrumbs.
4. Stir in the parmesan.
5. Chop the veggies finely and place in an oven-proof dish. Top with the bread crumbs, drizzle with the remaining butter and mix well.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
