Vegetable Quinoa Baby Food Recipe
Vegetable Baby Food Recipes for (7 months+) Babies
Recipe Ingredients :

1 1cup cup (250 mL) sodium-reduced vegetable broth or water
1/2 1/2cup cup (125 mL) quinoa
1/2 1/2cup cup (125 mL) shredded carrotcarrots
1/2 1/2cup cup (125 mL) finely chopped celery
1/4 1/4cup cup (50 mL) shredded zucchinizucchinis
2 2tsp tsp (10 mL) canola oil

Recipe Instructions :

1. In saucepan, bring broth to boil over medium-high heat.
2. Stir in quinoa, carrot and celery; return to boil.
3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer until no liquid remains, about 15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in zucchini; cover and let stand until quinoa and vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes.
5. Drizzle with oil; fluff with fork. Serve warm or at room temperature. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days).
