Pear and Quinoa Breakfast For Babies
Pear Baby Food Recipes for (6-8 months) Babies
Recipe Ingredients :
2oz (1/4 cup) quinoa
4oz (1/2 cup) apple juice
1oz (1/8 cup) sultanas
pinch nutmeg
1 small, sweet pear
Recipe Instructions :
1. Peel, core and dice the pear.
2. Rinse the quinoa, then place in a small saucepan.
3. Add the water, nutmeg and sultanas.
4. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer for 5 mins.
5. Add the diced pear, then continue to simmer until all the water has been absorbed by the quinoa.
