Easy Chicken and Banana For Babies
Banana Baby Food Recipes for (8 months+) Babies
Recipe Ingredients :
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 small, ripe banana, mashed
4 fl oz (1/2 cup) coconut milk
Recipe Instructions :
1. Split the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
2. Stuff it with the mashed banana.
3. Place it in a small, oven-proof dish and pour the coconut milk over the top.
4. Bake at 350 deg F (180 deg C) for 30-40 mins, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
5. Chop to size or puree and serve with brown rice!
